GOOD REMINDERS:
In the instance of a virtual meeting, you still have the option to record. Ask for the meeting to be done via zoom (rather than google meets). This way you can record the audio but the team can still participate on video!
Be sure to speak to your teacher(s) and providers prior to your meeting. If they haven’t reached out - ask for a phone call or pre-meeting. Get on the same page BEFORE your meeting. Ask questions! Read and discuss any evaluations. You want to be as prepared as possible before the meeting takes place - there should be NO surprises!
